Work Experience Required (functional)£º
¡¤ +5 years of working experience in finance, consultancy or related areas, with at least 3 years direct M&A experience.
¡¤ Big 4 Transaction or I-Bank experience preferred
¡¤ Sector expertise in healthcare or distribution/logistics preferred
Education & Professional Qualification
¡¤ MBA degree preferred or equivalent professional qualification
Job Skills (include all technical skills required such as computer, language, etc. & level of proficiency)
¡¤ Excellent in Excel, PPT, Access and financial modeling
¡¤ Excellent project management skills
¡¤ Fluent Mandarin and English
Soft skills (include skills at personal/organizational level)
¡¤ Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
¡¤ Team worker at cross-function level and good at coordination and alignment
¡¤ Independent and self motivated
Level of contacts (Please state the position/level of this position required to interact)
¡¤ Internal£ºExtensive contact throughout the company, including all members of cross-function team (operation, finance, etc), local and senior management
¡¤ External£ºAccounting firms, consultants, law firms, investment banks, government agency
Authority Scope:
¡¤ Company wide, with communication and approval from CFO and other key management personnel as appropriate
Internal Orientation Training Needed
¡¤ Understanding of company business model and strategic plan
¡¤ Understanding of the company internal M&A process
¡¤ Understanding of various functionalities including operation and finance
Key Performance Index
¡¤ Annual closed M&A deal
¡¤ Effectiveness on M&A project management
¡¤ Other targets, including: Satisfaction of senior management and related cross function team
¡¤ Response time to solve issues
