Reporting To: Banking CEO Greater China & Wholesale Banking Business Asia Banking

Team Size: Around 200

• Advise and support in strategic decision, financial performance and investment for future growth
• Business performance against strategic targets such as customer profitability and global network distribution;
• Driving capital optimization and yield performance under the Basel II regime;
• Quality forward looking MIS, matching income growth with investment

• At least 10 to 15 years relevant corporate banking or wholesell banking China market experience;
• Strong leadership, gravitas and influencing skills are important for working with country CEO, Business Heads and inspiring the team to meet the challenge of rapid growth in the business;
• Relevant Commercial Banking & Global Markets product competence and experience;
• Highly motivated and objective in providing support and advice;
• Aptitude to understand complex transaction process flows.
• China exposures is not a must;
• Chinese returnee is a plus
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
