They have vast global network of experience in due diligence and post-acquisition performance improvement to serve PE clients in North America, Europe and Asia. In Greater China, they have a dedicated Private Equity Group (PEG) that consists of PE focused partners, managers and team members. They operate as an integral part of the Global Private Equity Practice, providing seamless coordination, quick response and consistent quality globally and regionally. |
| Responsibilities |
During a project, Manager takes point responsibility for delivering answers to clients and takes care of the day-to-day management of the case team. The manager is also responsible for the personal development, coaching and evaluation of the consultants, senior associate consultants and associate consultants on the team. In addition to project work, Manager has responsibilities in helping manage their office. Office management activities can include staffing, recruiting, marketing, professional standards and training. Managers further act as mentors and coaches to more junior members of the office. The road to partner from manager takes approximately three to five years, depending on performance. |
| Requirements |
The candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
- Three - Five years working experience in a leading business consulting firm post MBA
- Experience in Private Equity due diligence related projects is a must
- Working experiences with leading companies in China prior to business school is a must
- MBA degree from one of world leading business schools is a must
- Bachelor Degree in first-tier Chinese universities is a must
- Native Chinese language and fluent English
